@DrBritWilliams I was on the job market for 1 cycle (last year while wrapping up dissertation). I submitted 15 apps (all in quant psych) and received 3 offers. I think it’s important to note that I was very selective about where I applied (e.g., location) which is why # of apps is quite low.
