@andrea_zignoli @Athletica_AI We’ll share in the paper when it’s finished all data collected. Particularly all the physiological changes that were captured through this study. Some interesting findings too. Some findings will hopefully be at cycling science again.

@jem_arnold Protocol was 40s on 20s off then into a TTE after a set amount of work was completed. Then 2 minutes very easy and then into the same work rate until failure again. These have not been fully solved, but shows the differences. We have clear differences between fresh and fatigued.

@jem_arnold We can to a few ways to solve for it. This one will have two parts fast and slow, just in the early stages. So red and blue are both during the same session. Red completed first then blue around 60-90 minutes later.

@jsolalo Thanks - hopefully a few more insights to come from this, as this is just a small snippet. We also look at how intensity plays a role.

Chrono Étoile de bessege - TT W'bal insights #3 different variations for 𝜏w', showing differences. This was a well paced effort. Climb to finish. Also need to consider technical ability with speed/corners. Consider which 𝜏w' you use - Paper on this hopefully out soon.
