@OWallerman @RNASeqBlog @gringene_bio @LMU_Muenchen Importantly we find that ⬇️ costs = ⬆️ sample # = ⬆️ power. So if you already have an affordable method like BRB-seq set up you should continue using it, as the value is still really great.

@OWallerman @RNASeqBlog @gringene_bio @LMU_Muenchen Great question @OWallerman prime-seq and other low cost methods like BRB-seq use different tech to generate affordable libs. Both utilize early pooling via barcoding, but prime-seq also features flexibility, low inputs, and validated bead based isolation

And right next door at poster #5 @jooanson is showcasing her application of both #primeseq and #mcSCRBseq in her comparative study on neural differentiation. A must see! 🦧🧠 #SingleCellBCN

Collaborative science is the best, especially when it’s with @mwl4a . What’s more romantic than traveling to a different city, spending the day in a basement, and collecting tissue for an experiment 😂 Luckily we got to go to Leipzig, which is incredibly beautiful 😍
