@JJahanyarMDPhD @BrighamCardiac Thanks Jama for ur comments! After 20 or so of Full commandos in my carrier, I tend to avoid the procedure as much as possible. For A-M fibrous annulus infection I prefer Hemi-commando using homograft. For this concurrent MVR, double-patch Konno is dope as you pointed out.
