@AmadiASunday1 @PH_Socials The Supreme Court gave a judgement today. It affirmed the Court of Appeal judgement and dismissed the appeal filed by Fubara. The dismissal means that the Court of Appeal judgement takes immediate effect. No more appeals on the judgement.

@ikennaakaniru @EmekaGift100 Please cite the document so we can learn. Once a judge recuses herself from a case, it reverts back to the chief judge. There's nothing like appealing the decision. The chief judge can reassign the case to ANY judge, including the one that recused herself. He has such powers.

@KizyUzoma The Supreme Leader is, absolutely, wrong on this. The person who has the constitutional responsibility of assigning cases to judges is the Chief Judge. He can reassign a case to the same judge that has recused himself from the case. No law stops him from doing that.
