@EtihadHelp I am not getting any response from your end even on DMs. I have provided sufficient transaction details. I am not getting proper support from your end, please provide me the refund for the booking. Not interested in booking Etihad anymore.

I don't understand what your Backend team is doing? How can it take 48+ hours to resolve a simple issue, neither is there an SLA for the fix. I don't see any transparency in the system. I am tired following up, please escalate this issue and resolve it ASAP @EtihadHelp @etihad

@EtihadHelp @EtihadHelp, I don't see the error now after refresh but my payment for the last transaction from UPI has been deducted and I haven't received a successful confirmation for the same over email/phone number provided while booking. Let me know if you need transaction details.
