@enlightenedhere @avidsquarehead @TheSalariedPA Trainee ACP posts (also band 7) are highly competitive, and even though we only select the very best applicants, some don't complete the (minimum) 3 year course to qualify and earn band 8. Compare that with a 2 year PA course which is reputed to have 100% pass rate.
