Whilst at Budapest Beer Week we had the pleasure of collaborating with Mad Scientist at their mixed fermentation site - MadX. Together we brewed a mixed ferm golden sour with Holy Goat Megablend and MadX cultures . We're stoked to see how this beer develops!
