Few months ago, when my dad was at his most vulnerable state, he said something I would’ve never guessed in this lifetime. He started talking about his feelings with remorse, how he resorted to alcohol because of anger & stress.

All hate welcome - young parents & adults in their 30s should STOP normalising sedentary lifestyle just because you notice body aches/changes from your 30th birthday. Stop cribbing, keep moving, keep exercising & count those calories. Don’t say your doctor didn’t warn you.
