Transcatheter Tricuspid Valve Replacement with the EVOQUE system has been recently approved for commercial use in the U.S. and its adoption is increasing. Paravalvular leaks (PVL) post-Evoque have been poorly characterized and their management may be challenging. Just published the first-in-literature description of transcatheter closure of septal and lateral PVLs post-EVOQUE, using TEE and ICE guidance as well as a combined transfemoral and transjugular approach creating a veno-venous rail to treat the septal PVL and RIJ-PA to treat the lateral PVL. @PedroMDMSc @BillONeillMD @PhilGenereuxMD @KKoulogiannis @fangjonathanx @HenryFordHealth @AtlanticHealth @AhmadJabri8 @DeeDeeWangMD @jameschilee
