Like obviously it's not the best movie to exist, and I do wish the deleted scenes were in it or at least recovered, but I LOVE it and I can't bring myself to hate it in anyway. And for me I find it so much more fun to theorize about the movie compared to the games imo.

Something I just somehow noticed, I think this could be a reason so do NOT take it as fact, this is just my perspective: The reason why Afton's eyes in the helmet are like that in the ending is because during TSE eye reference, his agony fucking over charges the suit.

Hot take I guess? I feel like Mark not being in this position was a blessing in disguise, don't get me wrong, I would've LOVED him to be in the movie, and I know he can be serious at times but it would feel like "Hey, it's that one guy" and it would feel more funny than scary.
