Hi @AfricaEduWatch @KofiEducation, was there ever a version of your report on the financial burden analysis of free SHS that said 5.7m people have benefited between 2017/18 and 2022/23? The version on your website says 2.5m between that period but I found another version on Scribd that says 5.7m (see point 3 in the screenshots). Any comments?
