I’m just glad Pokke has seemingly dropped the “respectfully” and “neutrally” shtick now. He’s picked a side, and is hammering down on his bad takes. No longer is he a passive aggressive or shady asshole. Now he is just an asshole like the rest of us.

@HirezChris The issue is that from an outside perspective, it appears he has not met his expectations to the board. It is normal in business to cycle out CEOs especially when it has had a set of permanent layoffs, except the issue is they have had 3 now. HiRez needs new leadership.

I may be far removed from Smite/Smite 2, but hearing that they are possibly gutting out esports is sad to hear. Stew has done irreparable damage to the game, HiRez, and the fans. He needed to resign well before Smite 2 was announced. At this point, the ship just needs to sink.
