@parthaskar Applied for this twice and didn't even make the interview stage despite an application full of clinical leadership evidence. But worked out fine as was appointed Clinical Lead for Diabetes 6 weeks into my first ever consultant post and have built a service from scratch in 2 yrs..

@wesstreeting I hope the Health Secretary will actually make an effort to speak with clinicians, allow us to lead the way the NHS is run and take guidance from us on how to make savings without cutting staff.

@KugaVigneswaran The more I think about this, the more I believe Kai Havertz is so bad he could actually be the end of Arteta. £65million for absolute incompetence. EsR could play that role ten times better if he were fit, he had the answer already and could have spent that money elsewhere

@BBCNewsround I'm a little disappointed with the biscuit dunking article: Jaffa cakes are not biscuits. Did Viennese fingers and chocolate rounds make the shortlist? Biscuits that last longer in the dunk doesn't make them a better choice for dunking with due to other factors.
