Curious if the issue is related to this note we just added to the FAQ... any examples of fonts generating the banner you could provide would be great. –Molly

@theorosendorf Hi Theo – I was able to look up the Adobe ID that owns the web project used on your site. It looks like there's an issue with the Creative Cloud subscription. Shoot us a DM and I can send you more details. –Molly

@wrong_bag @Adobe Sounds like you're experiencing the issue described in this thread. Please try the posted solution and let us know if that helps.

@richcstudio Hi Rich – It looks like you're not signed in with an Adobe ID that has a Creative Cloud subscription. The font you're viewing requires a subscription to activate. Please make sure you're signed in and let us know if you're still having an issue.

@TaranVH We'd be happy to try debugging this for you. If you're interested, please DM us the Adobe ID you use for your account and we'll go from there.

@LinnDesign Hi Linn, thanks for reaching out. Would you mind confirming if you can see the font in any other Adobe product like Indesign or Photoshop? We'll try our best to help. Thanks! ^HV

@according2kelly @AdobeCare Hi Kelly — Unfortunately PostScript or Type 1 fonts are no longer supported in Photoshop, ahead of other Creative Cloud apps ending support in 2023. Here's a couple links with more information:

@Becca_Fergie @AdobeCare Unfortunately this is a known bug in the Creative Cloud desktop app. Please uninstall the app and run our cleaner tool before reinstalling and the issue should resolve. Apologies for the inconvenience! We hope a real fix will be available soon.
