Hi. I saw your message. Would you like to try troubleshooting? Update the GPU studio driver (avoid the game ready one). Press Shift at launch. In the Reset Options dialog box, reset preferences and all media cache. Launch without third party plugins from there, as well. Make sure you are meeting system requirements. If you have media from questionable sources, try transcoding it using Media Encoder. I hope the advice helps. Let me know. Thx, ^KM
