You can make less-than-optimal fitness or nutrition choices and still come out ahead. "Collagen isn't a complete protein!" "X number of squat reps are best for leg muscle growth!" "No one needs American portion sizes!" "Research shows skipping dinner is better than skipping breakfast." Doesn't matter. Even if you are a disciplined person you only have a certain amount of dopamine-fuel in you per day. Don't waste that fuel on optimizing every detail. Focus on what you can do now that = results and consistency. This is easy-mode fitness. What's your reaction?
