@TeamYouTube Yes I tried taking a picture of my ID. That was unsuccessful even though my birth date is there. Also, I tried video verification with my phone and that immediately went to an unsuccessful email.

@roguefxsynth @oddSprite @morphoice @DistroKid If you want to do that, CDBaby might be a better option. However, they take a percentage of royalties whereas Distrokid gives you 100%. Pros and cons.

@DaddyBitts @YouTube They normalize it to around -14 LUFS. If your songs are overly compressed, it won't sound as loud on YouTube.
