President HSM's unilateral decisions and impractical political aspirations have compelled a part of his nation to seek support from foreign nations, jeopardizing sovereignty and national unity of the Som. Mr. President, you must not lead your country towards more disintegration.

Today's decision of some Somali MPs,which they illegally voted for the controversial draft constitution will have a far reaching implications and may take us back to the pre-Arta and Mbagathi conferences,where we had no nationally agreed constitution and legitimate government.
