When I train adults, I engage them because we all have something to contribute to the session. In trainings, participants benefit more by sharing what they know, asking questions whenever in doubt and most importantly, listening carefully to enhance their knowledge.

For me, sharing knowledge is caring for the journalism profession. After two weeks of training in Jinja, Mbale, Lira, Masaka, Mbarara and Fortportal, it finally ended at Serena NTV Newsroom with lots of learning, unlearning and relearning with colleagues on mobile storytelling.
