@AKasingye @utdwhistl This is deeply insensitive, from a person of your pedigree whom I respect. The President has a right of way (passage), yes, not a right to stall activities of citizens for hours on end, which is lost man hours, productivity and taxes. His trips can be better planned, secured.

@Makerere VC 2mrw joins charity run in Arua City to raise money to educate less fortunate uni students frm West Nile. We traditionally raised funds thru annual dinner & West Nile Theme Nights in Ntinda, K’la. If @ProfNawangwe is joining , as West Niler, shouldn’t we lead the way?
I am happy to join the West Nile Run for Education in Arua on 28th December 2024. The proceeds from the run will send some financially disadvantaged children to school. Will you join the Run?
