@BeeNetwork scandalous. .. we've just been charged £20 for a family day ticket to Manchester. Bus driver admitted he's charged us incorrectly but unable to change it! Could have got a bloomin taxi. On the V2 from Swinton to Manchester! Please sort!

@NHSBSA_OHS Hi, my 16year old son has an application which is requiring more evidence. Looking at your timescales you won't get around to reviewing until three days before he goes away with school which means he can't go. Please, please can someone review sooner? It takes it over 15 days.

@NHSBSA_OHS Hi, I'm desperate for help please. My son is due to go to Rome for a GCSE trip in 10 days and school insist on a GHIC. I've applied but you have requested evidence of residency and I haven't heard back. We will lose £750 if we don't get in time. He is so upset 🙏
