To clarify my point Bannon says Elon wants Eternal life through Tech. And that only way to eternal life is through god. He doesn’t consider the option that Technology/fire/ light is a gift from the gods to make humans more in gods image. I like religious arguments, but his is weak and easy to find contradictions.

He says Obama made a Faustian bargain w/ tech billionaires/that Obama would “allow” them to get richer than anyone as long as we maintained the tech edge. This never happened. Tesla was almost Bankrupt, space x was being laughed at by Everyone at NASA. There was a massive transfer of wealth and govt were simply spectators. They are terrible at picking winners.

Interesting branch of libertarianism. Hadn’t heard of NRx. It looks better than what we have. If you wear glasses are you not transhumanist, using technology to enhance natural ability? Isn’t multiple corporate competing states better than a single monopolistic leviathan? Seems like eliminating human error is preferable than constantly burdened by human failure & corruption.
