@ForrestSavelen @JameyBaskow This is spot on 1.34ppg in your D+1 season in the OHL is nothing spectacular for a 1st round prospect. Matter of fact it's borderline poor Frost, Barkey are both centers that were significantly better in their D+1 seasons and neither did nor will impact the flyers.

@Chrisdyer777 @KKurzNHL I don't disagree But the "Konecny is producing" argument is invalid because he's pretty much the ONLY player that's excelling under his systems. Torts has not brought much out of anyone in my opinion.

@mjcanadian @_icetalk Worth the risk if the price is right. Worst case scenario is we get zegras as a 3 year rental until one of our centers has developed. Best case is zegras finds than 60+ point form again. We have a gap at 2c anyway and filling it with a reclamation project makes sense.
