The problem was the flying shot released a couple weeks ago (below left): it used a wide angle lens—not meant for closeups of faces because they distort/elongate the face. You can see the distortion by comparing it to a normal photo of him (below, right)

Maybe you have a friend who’s a lawyer who can explain it to you.
