After rereading the manga I love how Toyotaro subverted expectations with Goku and Jiren personalities and how characters compared them to each other
Goku being a very talktive and carefree person while Jiren a stoic and always calm individual

Sefar was technically a one-time thing, once she succed in her task of wiping out Earth to send all resoursces to Velber she was meant to self-destruct and just die
On why Velber never returned we don't know, in Fate Extra it returns after 2030
