Yes it’s beyond silly. I do understand what she’s saying that “just because we don’t know doesn’t automatically mean where it went was wasteful” …. However , the natural conclusion is if it wasn’t wasteful and was handled responsibly you absolutely should be able to report on it . If you can’t report on it , then something is wrong
