Had a really terrible day, couldn’t do anything right, over sized trying a few things. Now I have to raise stop more in OXY to keep EC where it was last week. Market can be extremely humbling and frustrating no matter how long you do this. I share this stuff bc it’s reality.

A lot of you haven’t experienced a major correction. You’re gonna have to get used to doing nothing and that can be hard but it’s do nothing or lose $. They’ll be relief rallies along way but the trend is down until that changes. Be safe and use this time to study, read books etc

I wasn’t actively trading as a newer stock broker in 2000-2002 but I saw the slow grind down daily, I saw accounts go to zero, I saw stocks down 50% go down 90-%. Charts were similar to now. When the market is ready they’ll be a clear signal until then avoiding chop is my goal.
