Secretary of the Treasury functions as the CFO of the U.S. government. If the CFO is denied access to spending information, how can he do his job? The people elected Donald Trump, who appointed Scott Bessent to run the Treasury — not bureaucrats.

@Tsoukalos The US is the most empathetic country on the planet. We’ve spent more taxpayer money on relief to other countries than anyone in history. USAid obviously does some good work, but it is also riddled with fraud waste and abuse. It needs to be torn down and rebuilt.
