But we are male or female at conception based on what chromosome the sperm provided. If you went through IVF we could determine the sex at 5 days.

They provide the X chromosome which makes us female OR the Y chromosome which makes us male. This is done at fertilization! Genitalia is differentiated later. In IVF sex is known at 5 days.

I think they are not understanding the difference of sex genes present at conception vs differentiation of genitalia. They keep posting sources about what occurs at 6 weeks.

Please provide your source that proves we are all females at conception and that is why males have nipples.
