@tiller_z @piper4missouri Yes it can be done. But it takes a tremendous amount of time and money and is less accurate. My ballot had about 30-40 races (a log of judges). Simply counting and tallying all the votes will take a person 2 minutes (at least) and a machine .000000001 second. Then do it again.
