1. first off, distractions are SO important. watching tv, listening to music, calling a friend, editing, studying, making pinterest boards, making twitter threads, etc. ANYTHING. when i’m distracted, i’m not stuffing my face.

3. fasting is your bestfriend 🙏 my fasting schedule varied but i usually omaded anything i wanted (within reason) & then didn’t eat until the exact time next day. but once a week i’d eat using a cal limit, never over 1200 throughout the full day.

3 cont. i found 16 hour fasts also work effectively but i (personally!!) prefer 24 hour ones anyways. during the fasting periods, i’d either drink water or black tea/coffee. i definitely lost more weight in the morning when i drunk more water.

5. binging/bad days are genuinely okay, we all have them. usually, i would work out how many calories i ate & then walked until i burned that many but sometimes you just don’t feel like it, and that’s fine—just make up for it the next day 🙏

7. sleep 🙏 when you’re sleeping, you’re not eating. small tip i use, no idea if it works—sleeping without a pillow under your head if you’ve binged, helps (me personally) fix bloating cause you’re stomach is flat on your bed (might just be brain rot but it works for me)
