I graduated from FSTC Yaba, I studied Bricklaying Blocklaying and Concreting.
Our training was quite rigorous, we went for outside jobs and blocklayers were amazed.
The best of us could lay all types of bonds, we were taught to lay with bricks most of the time
There is this 15-year-old boy in my estate who just graduated with a NABTEB certificate from Government Technical College Ikorodu. He did JSS 1 - 3 in the usual secondary school then proceeded to the technical college to learn Block Laying, Bricklaying & Concreting.
