I was moved by the fact that the card's ending had the "happiness" that many of us hoped for. I am very happy to have found GALEN. Thank you very much.
🍃 Having read Immediate Disorder, I'd like to share my thoughts on the card for the benefit of those still undecided. Galen is still Zayne, and the card is worth it. While Galen isn't a part of the present timeline, he is now as canon as Dawnbreaker, Foreseer, and Master of Fate. With almost an hour's worth of content, you could even consider the card as a mini-myth—and rightly so, as it embodies all the themes that define classic Zayne lore: serendipitous encounters, vulnerability through collaboration, self-control vs. desire, and self-sacrifice for the greater good. At his core, Galen shares the same traits as Zayne—traits found in every version of Zayne across all timelines. His decisions throughout the story are selflessly made, allowing himself to indulge only in the mundane experiences made special because they were shared with the MC. I would even go so far as to say that the Kindled doesn't reveal anything we didn't already know; only that it serves to showcase Zayne's range as a character—and, of course, to give us an opportunity to grope his abs. That said, Immediate Disorder is a quality Zayne card in my opinion, especially as someone deeply invested in his lore and character. I have no regrets pulling for this card, and I'm confident that Zayne girlies won't regret it either. Thank you for indulging me in this long OOC post, and for those I managed to convince to pull—may Zayne come home to you in early pity. 🙏🏻
