All of my successful friends in their 40s have been like brick walls too. I think when they’re successful in the fiat world they just don’t see the point. We tried hard for years but have basically given up trying. I’m sure they’ll be asking as it rips again this bull run

I love my life. I love my family. I take care or my body. And my income is constantly increasing.
This is a phrase my husband and I have repeated for the last 15ish years together.

It still feels good to garden and build on land that is (kinda) yours. It also feels good to have properties for each kiddo, as they grow. Ski cabins are cool too 😎 However, we liquidated almost all of our RE for BTC! There is no second best.
