If you say Downey hasn’t played anybody, then you must say same for Manteca. Played CC at home and lost.
Manteca has played two teams with power rating >20 (CC, Turlock) and went 1-1.
Downey played three (Tracy, Turlock, Lincoln-S) and went 3-0.
