@theJeremyVine New rules introduced state that cyclists going straight on have the priority over a vehicle turning left - as is the case in many European countries.

@virginmedia As cancellation was just 4 days after the order and well inside the 2 week cooling off period that doesn't apply.

@virginmedia After 2 online Complaints and one in writing to Sunderland they state ot was only cancelled in mid Feb. I assume these calls are recorded?
