Large slight risk and hatched area for thunderstorms issued by the NWS in the US. This is extending into Southern Ontario. We could see the threat for isolated cells or a strong line of storms which could both bring a tornado threat and a threat for strong winds.

There is growing confidence of a potential winter storm a week from now on the 14th. The GFS is forecasting a swath of 25 - 35 cm of snow which could move across Southern Ontario. The GFS is also trying to put a potential ice storm around Windsor.

GFS 00z is showing that main swath of snowfall to move right through the GTA and the rest of Southern Ontario. Winds are also forecasted to be pretty strong. In this case, we could see a widespread 25-35+cm and potentially blizzard like conditions if we get strong winds.
