@omeegirl @BowTiedCrocodil @ZaidJilani @JDVance Those were projects that failed in their objectives, not fraud. Again, you can claim bad management, a dislike for what the programs are funding, or waste or whatever. But none of that constitutes fraud if the money was allocated and spent as stated.

@BowTiedCrocodil @ZaidJilani @JDVance I mean, I'm open to change my imbecile mind if you can provide one, just one example of fraud with USAID money.

@Inadvertantview @BrigadierBarry @BowTiedCrocodil @ZaidJilani @JDVance @DataRepublican And how has USAID not been accountable here? You do realize all the information now being shared in here comes precisely from the agency's very, very public expense reports and receipts? Again, you don't like it, and that's fine, but it's not fraud.

@BrigadierBarry @Inadvertantview @BowTiedCrocodil @ZaidJilani @JDVance @DataRepublican Ok, I'm glad we agreed that it's not fraud. Now, why is it negligence? Again, this is just a lot of people (I wouldn't even call it a majority) disagreeing with what USAID does. I truly don't see how it's been failing to do what was told it was going to do.

@BowTiedCrocodil @ZaidJilani @JDVance Ah, another deflection. You could've just said "I couldn't prove my point but it doesn't matter because I'm happy with the outcome and the people I dislike are not."

@BrigadierBarry @Inadvertantview @BowTiedCrocodil @ZaidJilani @JDVance @DataRepublican I've seen it, but it's just people discovering how government grants work. USAID and other agencies don't have the staff to manage every grant, so they hire other organizations who do subawarding processes. It's entirely normal, but they still need to report back.

@Inadvertantview @BrigadierBarry @BowTiedCrocodil @ZaidJilani @JDVance Ok, so then explain to me what did USAID advertise it was going to do, and then went to do a completely different thing.
