Stupid. Not sure why KHSAA is wanting to allow this. They don’t make sure transfers are legit in the first place
🚨 Breaking News for KHSAA athletes 🚨 A Bill has been introduced at the Kentucky Legislature to allow every high school student athlete one transfer in their high school career with immediate eligibility.

@BIGP4LIFE Tough loss for the Vikings. We called it a statement win because of what happened in the 2A sectional final. Rowan beat Fleming and Boyd to get there. Boyd came out and it was never a game. Made a “statement”

@brickeyscott @jason_gevedon Is it competition when they aren’t following the rules? I get it, best players play. Work harder if you’re upset. My whole argument is if a kid doesn’t get their way they already have a high school coach in their ear to move. This isn’t college.

@brickeyscott @jason_gevedon Why’s it fair to a kid to “move” districts 40 plus minutes away and take away from kids that have been there. Follow the rules until your eligible

@jason_gevedon I would agree somewhat. I do feel as if it has gotten worse the past few years. But I don’t look for anything to change.

@jason_gevedon My opinion isn’t worth anything. I just think it’s becoming a sense of normal to just move schools or for coaches to go recruiting kids. They know there will be no violations so why not. Just sad for the fairness of sport

@jason_gevedon My fix is enforce the original rules. There’s no such thing as a high school transfer portal. Make kids have to sit out if they are truly not moving districts. No more fake addresses, no more phony records. It has to stop. Ruining high school sports

@JamesWi11047973 @Aaron_Torres Nor was the foul that they called on Arkansas late in the possession when Georgia had their chance. You’re reaching man…. Georgia was up by their fair margin. That one call wasn’t the deciding factor
