Sushi is not exclusively made from seafood. There’s plenty other proteins used like chicken. There’s also vegetarian sushi’s. I agree it’s kind of restrictive, but sushi has carbs fats and proteins and is pretty healthy. Don’t see the grounds for lawsuit but I also dk specifics
