Flew all the way to country just for her. Met up for lunch at a cozy chic cafe. Coincidentally, we both wore red. There was such a warmth about her. We held hands as we enjoyed some coffee and 'Ek ajnabi haseena se mulaqaat ho gayi' played on radio. We are marrying this year.❤️

was probably one of the big saving graces of Bollywood this year. Women written by women really can pack a lot and Anvita Dutt curates it with such finesse; the themes of patriarchy, validation and mental health. Tripti Dimri is remarkably so talented. And the music, uff!

Hindi audiences may not know Prithviraj that well but he's one of the finest actors in Malayalam cinema, a cinema that at least has a spine compared to Bollywood.
This monologue alone deserves him an award. Highly recommend checking out the movie as well, its on Netflix rn.
