2010s were lowkey about developer tooling. Writing production code was much harder 10 years ago.
Now a solo dev can learn just one language (JS) and launch a whole product with web app, backend, cross-platform desktop and phone apps. All with CI/CD and autoscaling

1) Had to create a .zrcsh file and add code to make "pyenv" cli work
2) Had to download brew, then brew install xz, so pyenv could properly download python 3.11

We don't dismiss soft skills, it's just much hard to hire for them. Hiring pool is biased heavily towards engineers. Engineering skills also translate a lot better to web3 (basically the same). The web3 game is very different for product management, marketing, biz dev etc

There is a third path - be a good web2 developer. Plenty of standard frontend/backend/devops roles in web3. You do need to know a bit about blockchains, but that's very different from actually writing smart contracts. Junior solidity devs are not really in demand.

there's not that much volume in limit orders compared to DCAs. Most meme coins have been frothy this week so old sell orders were cleared out.
e.g., $KPOP has to clear ~6m tokens in limit sells to 2x in price. It did 75m in volume in the last hour.

It's a bit of a weird way to view limits, but otherwise you're not normalized across pairs

the liq level is not fixed though. The real information is the willingness of the individual to defend it, which is only known by them. Current liq price will always be known by some actors, so should be public to avoid information asymmetry
