With the declining wealth creation effect of newly listed coins on CEXs—especially in this cycle—exchanges should shift their focus to wealth management, integrating RWA, stablecoins, and PayFi. More like a bank, instead of an exchange. Spot trading is no longer among the top priorities, as it should not be.

Each day there are more AI agent frameworks in crypto now, all monetizing through launchpads and trading platforms. But what's the real moat here? My thoughts- 1. First-mover advantage matters. Dominating a vertical early definitely helps claim the top-of-mind spot. 2. Consistently launching hit agent apps & top market cap gainer tokens draws sustained attention. Over time, this builds strong barriers to entry. With that said, I’m particularly excited to see more experimental agents from Web2 entering crypto. Imagine the potential in areas like multimodal models, video generation, and efficiency tools.

@jaydenw3i @bitfish1 同意，还是看人、以及相信的力量。Nvidia在cuda开发出来之前一度面临倒闭，黄仁勋一开始想的PMF是游戏显卡，他在一次演讲中提到，最早支持他的投资人跟他说过、这游戏显卡绝对不赚钱、但还是投了他，主要还是因为他过往工作中口碑好，就支持了！
