#Rwot Guys you MUST visit @nyandungupark it’s very kids friendly and the entrance is free! The park closes at 6pm but if you’re already in the park you can as long as you want. There’s a coffee shop too! I can’t believe we have something like this in the city 🙏🏾🇷🇼 #visitrwanda

There are no words powerful enough to express what seeing those videos of Congolese with machetes in the streets do to me! I didn’t even realize I still had ptsd from what I went through during the genocide against Tutsis until those videos started popping up on my timeline.

I had a very traumatic labor/childbirth that lasted 3 days! Talking about it to whoever wanted to hear it helped heal from the PTSD, the more I talked about it the easier it got! So please let’s not police how people share their grief/heartache!Whatever helps you heal 🙏🏾.
