The highest leverage thing I ever did - learning how to write long form VSLs/cold traffic copy for years as a freelancer and then injecting my systems and learnings into a talented and loyal and high IQ junior copywriter. The second highest leverage thing was having him help me.

Don’t overestimate the importance of your job. If you’re a copywriter, your job is to write copy. You do not ‘grow’ or ‘scale’ brands. The scale depends on how much traffic they drive to the copy you wrote for them, and how it performs. With my agency (@mailerprofit), we won't.
