@HitachiAirConIn @Hitachi Abs pathetic customer service. 7 days since 1st complaint. Compressor not replaced. 1 cust care tel no doesnt work. On other no I get told "in 2 days you will get status update". When I demand to speak to a supervisor the call is disconnected!

@jiocare @reliancejio Your approach towards "customer care" is brilliant!!! No option whatsoever to speak to a customer support exec on your IVR! What does a paying customer do if automated responses on IVR and MyJio can't solve a problem???

@sandeepmtandon what's with @quantmutual 's 3rd- rate cust svc? For 1 week trying your call-centre no. IVR won't connect to a human. Multiple requests to email A/c & CapGain statements on your website but no email. MF returns are great, but I also need to file my IT returns!

@amazonIN most pathetic exp with customer care regarding a Amz Business order delivery. Delivery exec called to take OTP but item not delivered. Called up to check if there is anyway to get in touch with the delivery exec and I'm given a "we cant help you" line.

@BorzoIndia What's worse is that this a pre-paid order. When I attempt to cancel, I'm told that I will be charged Rs 40 as a cancellation charge! This when no action has been initiated from your end.

In India, there is no public holiday for Rama Navami and Hanuman Jayanti. But there is public holiday for Good Friday and Ambedkar Jayanti. Why? Good Friday is not a federal holiday even in a Christian majority country like US. Why is it a public holiday in India when most Indians don't even observe it?
