@jstewartp1969 Sorry, to hear about that. There where so called Airport Guides on the spot to guide the passengers. We regret that you did obviously not see them. However, we have forwarded your feedback to the appropriate autorithis in order to take improvement measures. Best regards.

@italialondon Due to construction work, one of the two Skymetro tunnels has to be closed. This measure leads to restrictions in transportation to Terminal E and will continue until mid-February 2025. Replacement buses are in operation during this time. Thank you for your patience.

@jstewartp1969 The shuttle to terminal E needs to be modernized after more than 20 years of operation. During the revision, one tunnel has to be closed and therefore replacement buses are transporting passengers to and from Terminal E so that waiting times can be kept as short as possible.

@nycfksh We regret that you had difficulties with the offered WiFi service. Due to a Swiss legislation, we had to implement a login system to protect the personal safety of users of our services. To access the WiFi a code is needed. On our homepage you may find detailled information.

@equitycaller @swissairblue The baggage handling is in the responsability of the airline resp. its handling agent. Missed baggage must be registered at lost & found desk of the arrival airport or directly on the airline's website who is your contractual partner in connection with your flight ticket. Rgds

@SwissZionist We, as the airport operator, have no access to luggage information. For the first 5 days, the airline's ground handler at your destination is responsible (Lost & Found). From day 6, it's the airline's responsibility. We hope you recover your suitcase soon. Best regards from ZRH
