It’s 2025. Why does the NFL not invest in technology that tells officials where the ball is in physical space and whether it’s crossed a given plane? The NFL is in the business of sports. Audiences expect fair officiating. Technology can help provide that. What am I missing?

Happy new year! My running group has a polar plunge tradition after a New Year’s Day run. Elliott Bay water temperature was 49.5°🥶 Lots of folks gather to swim and burn Christmas trees on the beach. Grateful for this group of fellow runners to motivate me throughout the year.

Seattle marathon 3:20 pace group! Mid-30s and cloudy at the start turned into 41° and sunny for the second half. Great group out there today with lots of positive energy! Grateful to be able to do my part to help others reach their goals, and for super pacing buddies!
