The @OECD is ignoring a letter sent by @UN experts requesting evidence to counter concerns on the negative racial & gender impact of its proposals. It replied w/ empty rhetoric to CSOs (not the UN) & ignored a 2nd CSO letter seeking evidence. So, we're making the letters public.
